Enquiries and appointments

A visit request is an enquiry. We contact you to discuss the issue and availability. Your appointment is confirmed separately with an arrival window and an on-the-way courtesy call or text.

Assessment and pricing

We assess the issue on site, explain the required work and provide an upfront fixed-price quote for approval before starting. Any paid diagnostic investigation is quoted and approved separately. Extra work requires a separate quote and approval.

Workmanship guarantee

We back our work with a lifetime workmanship guarantee. We explain how it applies to your quoted work before you approve the job. Contact us if you have a concern about our workmanship.

Payment

Payment is collected on completion. Arrangements for larger or multi-day work are confirmed separately.
