About sewer & stormwater repairsLocal property considerations
Brisbane Council distinguishes overland flow from river and creek flooding.
Tell us whether water appears at a fixture, backs up at a drain or flows across the ground during rain. That helps us discuss which assessment is needed. A drain repair alone is not a promise of flood protection.
Your Wishart enquiry
A short description of what you see is enough to begin an enquiry. You do not have to diagnose the plumbing yourself. If more involved investigation is needed, we explain the options and what is required step by step while at your property.
Your name and phone number are all the form requires. Adding Wishart, the affected fixture and a short description helps us discuss the issue. You can choose one discount from the form. We confirm the selected offer with your quote; a free CCTV drain inspection is available with any paid service.
We assess the issue and provide an upfront fixed-price quote for your approval before starting. If more involved diagnostics are needed to identify the cause, we walk through the options and what is required step by step on site. Any diagnostic costs are explained and approved before we proceed.
