A replacement or a new layout?

Tell us whether the sink is staying in the same position and whether the benchtop and cabinet are already prepared. A replacement fixture can have different outlet positions or clearances from the old one. Moving a sink involves a different scope from reconnecting suitable existing plumbing, so these details help us discuss the right next step.

If your current sink is only draining slowly, clearing may be the appropriate service instead of replacing a serviceable fixture.

We assess the issue on site, explain the proposed work and provide an upfront fixed-price quote for approval before starting. If finding the cause needs more involved diagnostics, we walk you through the options and approve any investigation cost separately.

Once a visit is agreed, you receive an arrival window and an on-the-way call or text. We take photos through the work and explain the result. Payment is collected on completion; arrangements for larger or multi-day work are discussed separately.
