Identify the affected connection
Flexible water connections can be found near household fixtures, but a wet cabinet does not prove the hose is the source. Water may also come from a valve, mixer, waste fitting or another connection. Tell us where you first noticed it and whether it happens continuously or only when the fixture is used.
Replacing the correct component
We assess the source and discuss the appropriate repair. If hose replacement is required, the connection type, suitable length, installation space and surrounding fittings affect the scope. We also explain whether an adjoining valve or connection needs attention. A replacement is selected for the actual application rather than simply fitting whatever hose is available.
Planning access and next steps
Mention any difficult access behind cabinetry or appliances when calling. If the leak is causing immediate damage, call rather than waiting for a form response. We discuss urgency and confirm attendance separately. Our quote explains the repair work before approval; more involved leak investigation is discussed separately when the source cannot be identified from an initial assessment.
Understand the work before you decide
We assess the issue on site, explain the proposed work and provide an upfront fixed-price quote for approval before starting. If finding the cause needs more involved diagnostics, we walk you through the options and approve any investigation cost separately.
Once a visit is agreed, you receive an arrival window and an on-the-way call or text. We take photos through the work and explain the result. Payment is collected on completion; arrangements for larger or multi-day work are discussed separately.
