Choosing the method for the drain
Jetting is one tool in our drain equipment, alongside drain snakes, CCTV and locating equipment. Different restrictions and access points call for different approaches. We explain the method proposed for your property rather than selling the same clearing package for every blocked sink, toilet or underground drain.
Access and condition matter
Tell us about previous drain repairs, repeat blockages and any camera reports. We assess the available access and explain any uncertainty about the line before starting. If a suspected damaged section needs further investigation, we discuss that step and its cost separately. Jetting can clear a restriction, but it is not a replacement for repairing damaged pipework.
What happens after clearing
We discuss the result and whether additional inspection is worthwhile. If the blockage returns or damaged drainage is identified, we explain the next repair decision. You approve the quoted work before we proceed. We do not claim jetting permanently removes every cause of a blockage or that it is suitable for every pipe simply because high-pressure equipment is available.
Understand the work before you decide
We assess the issue on site, explain the proposed work and provide an upfront fixed-price quote for approval before starting. If finding the cause needs more involved diagnostics, we walk you through the options and approve any investigation cost separately.
Once a visit is agreed, you receive an arrival window and an on-the-way call or text. We take photos through the work and explain the result. Payment is collected on completion; arrangements for larger or multi-day work are discussed separately.
